How we compare prices
Cyberfrog compares publicly available subscription prices for identified plans and contract durations. Official vendor prices and independently verifiable reseller offers may be included in direct comparisons. Third-party estimates are displayed separately and are not used to calculate price differences.
Prices are expressed as monthly equivalents unless otherwise indicated. Products may differ in functionality, service levels, billing conditions and availability. Figures exclude optional services and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated; mandatory fees are included or identified where necessary.
Sources and verification dates are provided for transparency. Pricing may change without notice. Cyberfrog is independent of the vendors listed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
How the numbers are checked: our sources are re-checked automatically every day. A price is shown only while its last successful verification is less than 30 days old; after that it disappears until it is confirmed again. A difference is calculated as (competitor price − Cyberfrog price) ÷ competitor price, only for the same employee count and the same contract length, only inside the seat range the vendor publishes, and never from estimates, AI-generated summaries or offers restricted to other regions. Cyberfrog’s 2-year commitment is never used for a 1- or 3-year comparison.

Larger teams, currencies and framework prices
In the main comparison non-USD plans are never converted. G-Cloud figures are maximum prices that resellers registered in the UK government’s public-sector framework; actual offers are usually lower and the framework serves UK public-sector buyers. No price difference is calculated in that table. Prices exclude tax, setup, optional add-ons and negotiated discounts. Monthly equivalents are not a promise of monthly billing.
