Cyberfrog grew out of years of threat-intelligence and dark-web monitoring work. We kept seeing the same pattern: breaches rarely start with clever code. They start with a convincing email, a phone call that sounds right, or a password that leaked months ago.
Most awareness training ignores that reality. It is generic, it is forgettable, and it does not know anything about the company it is meant to protect.
So we built the opposite: a platform that learns your organization from the outside in, the way an attacker would, and turns what it finds into short lessons, realistic simulations and interactive 3D scenarios your people actually remember.

Not an underdog project. Two decades of security companies behind it.
Cyberfrog is led by Oliver Muenchow, a Swiss serial entrepreneur who has been building security companies since the early 2000s. His path covers every side of the problem: penetration testing, intrusion-detection software, phishing simulation and security awareness, and cyber threat intelligence.
One of those companies, LUCY Security in Zug, was sold to ThriveDX in 2022; all 75 employees moved over with the business. Today he leads Darknetsearch (Kaduu AG), which he founded and majority-owns: a threat-intelligence company with customers on six continents and one of the largest breach and stealer-log databases in the world, used by major security vendors.
That combination is the idea behind Cyberfrog. Breach data shows which employees are already exposed, and attackers target exactly those people. Cyberfrog joins the two risks: threat intelligence about your people, and training that prepares them for it.
